Internship Opportunity

Position Title:  HR Intern

Supervisor: HR Generalist

Commitment: 6 months; April-September (start date negotiable)

Hours:  5-10 hours per week (flexible schedule)

Salary: Volunteer position, no salary

Position Summary
Basic Function: Assist in HR Filing and File Audit, Benefits Administration and Interview Process

Essential Function: Provide support to HR Generalist throughout interview processes; assist with filing HR and onboarding paperwork; support benefits administration and other HR related duties as assigned.

Qualifications: High school graduate. Must have studied HR or related field. Priority given to those with coursework in non-profit management. Must be able to work with a high level of efficiency and accuracy. Ability to protect confidential information is a MUST.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this position, an intern is required to stand, walk, sit and lift. Occasionally, the intern is required to lift and/or move up to 25lbs. The noise level in the work place is moderate.
